What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, address)
• Messages and conversations (SMS/MMS), including media
• Call history, voicemails, and contacts
• eSIM and phone-number service data
• App notifications and activity history
• Active login sessions (you will be signed out everywhere)

What we keep, and why

Some records are retained where the law requires it — for example billing, invoices, tax, and fraud-prevention records. These are kept for the period required by law and are unlinked from your personal profile where possible. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Processing typically completes within 30 days. We will email a confirmation when your request is complete.

Submit your request

Enter the email address associated with your account. If you are signed in to the app, you can also delete your account instantly from Account → Help & Support.
